Campechana De Mariscos
Tender slices of braised octopus and poached shrimp tossed with avocado and briny green olives in a smoky, spicy tomato salsa with bright flavors of pico de gallo served with our thick, corn masa tostada chips.
"Agua Chile" Tostada
Gulf shrimp and diced snapper cured in lime juice, tossed with pico de gallo, diced tomatos and served over two crispy corn tostadas. A smoked jalapeño salsa de Jerez adds an element of heat and the dish is rounded out by the addition of a morita chile mayonnaise.
Ensalada de la Casa (large)
A mix of hearty greens featuring lacinato kale, little gem, red and green oak and romaine tossed with fire roasted corn, diced English cucumber, pickled red onion, a mix of Monterey jack and chihuahua cheese dressed with a creamy Mexican oregano vinaigrette. The salad is topped with crispy corn tortilla strips, frsh radish and cilantro. Consider adding Mesquite grilled chicken, steak or shrimp for delicious entrée.
Sopa de Tortilla
A rich chicken broth fortified with tomato and morita chile with pulled chicken, hominy, carrots and onion garnished with crispy corn tortilla strips and fresh cilantro.
Pozole Rojo de Camaron
Heritage pork belly and shoulder, gulf shrimp and hominy in a hearty ancho chile pork stock. The soup is garnished with cabbage, cilantro, radish and chicharrones.
