A Texas sized short rib, cured and braised until tender, cooked over our mesquite wood grill and brushed with a chipotle molasses barbeque sauce for a nice sweet-heat. This bone-in, fork-tender short rib is served with our "just made" flour tortillas, smoked onions, roasted jalapeño, pico de gallo and queso fresco. Served with a side of charro beans (whole pinto beans cooked with bacon, onion, tomato, jalapenos and garlic).

Gulf Red Snapper
Crispy whole fish, head on, tail on scored and fried, smothered with a rich tomatillo and cilantro salsa served with sliced onions, avocado and cilantro along with our house made flour tortillas garnished with cilantro and fresh radish. Served with a side of vegetarian black beans and white rice.
Tacos Dorados de Camaron
AKA “golden shrimp tacos” arbol salsa, cabbage & avocado
A 20oz. bone in ribeye steak dusted with a house blend blackening seasoning and grilled over our mesquite wood fire. The steak is served with a compound butter whipped, with our house made hot sauce, jalapeño and lime over the top along side thick cut steak fries covered in morita chile mayo and queso fresco garnished with cilantro.
Marinated and wood grilled skirt steak served with a compound butter, whipped with our house made hot sauce, jalapeño and lime over the top along side two cheese enchiladas featuring a blend of cheddar and American cheese smothered in rich beefy chili gravy and topped with a sunny side up egg. Served with Mexican rice.
Pescado al Carbon
An 8oz blackened catfish filet and 3 pieces of shrimp brochetas (jumbo shrimp stuffed with jalapeno and jack cheese wrapped in bacon) served fajita style with smoked onions, roasted jalapeño and sides of guacamole and pico de gallo and "just made" flour tortillas. Served with vegetarian black beans and white rice.
Chile-spiced jumbo gulf shrimp stuffed with jack cheese and jalapeño wrapped in bacon and grilled over our mesquite wood fire. This dish is served fajita style with smoked onions, roasted jalapeno and our whipped butter fortified with garlic, chicken base and white wine and our "just made" flour tortillas. On the side we offer lettuce, tomato, a blend of cheddar and American cheeses, sour cream and guacamole. Served with a side of charro beans (whole pinto beans cooked with bacon, onion, tomato, jalapenos and garlic).
